Ever since April of 2015, I've found myself developing, implementing, maintaining, and innovating eLearning designed interactive learning. A combination of game theory, adult learning practices, and an eye for keen graphic design sensibilities have all lead me to a successful career as an eLearning Specialist. Whether concentrating on the front-side interactive design or back-side LMS administration, I have the skills and experience necessary to teach and train on any subject- whether through independent research or speaking with experts.

My proficiencies include:

• Performing needs assessments with Subject Matter Experts

• Consulting on learning solutions that are pragmatic and engaging while covering all necessary information

• Making learning with Adult Learners in mind using ADDIE methodologies
